Happy New Year - Aspirations 2009

To everyone, one and all, HAPPY NEW YEAR!
One thing that I started was never to make ‘resolutions’ - ..I made that resolution in 2003.. - but instead place little bridges along my journey that I aspire to cross by the end of the year. These felt more inspiring, reachable, less pressured & more often than not, I achieved them too!

Karma. It started as an obsession for many a Plurker, slowly fading away with only the occasional “Oooo, I’ve hit Plurk Nirvana!!! (dance)” popping up on the timeline. Upon attending a networking event, I received the following compliments on my business card: “I really like your card. The design really stands out and caught my attention.” Next – to the slight bemusement of the person before of me – I proceeded to rip up another of my business cards (..I carry a few to this type of networking event you see..). “What are you doing?” they asked hastily. “Showing you the design principle behind them.” I replied.
